About Me

Jean-Maré was born & raised in South Africa, and it wasn’t until she immigrated to the United States that she started writing South African folklore inspired Grounded Fantasy with a generous dose of Romance.

Her stories explore heavy themes, big feelings, and complicated love. As an author, it’s her goal to honor her brother’s memory one book at a time.
